III. Usage Method of TMT Series Products

① First,检测 the content of heavy metal ions in the wastewater, then determine the dosage of the agent through模拟加药试验.

② Before adding the agent, adjust the pH of the wastewater to between 7-9.

③ Based on the daily volume of wastewater to be treated, determine the total dosage for the day. Before adding, dilute the measured agent in a dedicated dosing system to a concentration of 1-2%, then add it continuously or in batches to the wastewater. Stir for approximately 5-10 minutes.

④ After stirring, allow the heavy metal precipitates to settle for about 10 minutes before separating them from the water. Then, filter the heavy metal precipitates through a filter press to form cakes. The filter cakes containing heavy metals should be treated as non-leaching toxic waste and disposed of by deep burial. IV. Packaging and Storage
